Dr. Sheila Hill

Professional Bio

Dr. Sheila Hill is passionate about helping women discover their why, articulate who they are, and identify their life mission!

She's on a mission to give women the support and tools they need to take control of their personal and financial life and achieve their goals.

Sheila earned her Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University. Dr. Hill received her Doctorate in Theology with an emphasis on Leadership from Life Christian University. She was previously contracted as a Business Consultant for the Rock Valley College Small Business Development Center.  Dr. Hill is a Certified Maxwell Leadership Team Member. 

Dr. Sheila Hill received the Key to the city of Rockford and a proclamation naming October 29th Sheila Hill day presented by the 41st Mayor of Rockford, IL, Thomas McNamara. She also received the State of Illinois Ceremonial Coin presented by State Representative Maurice West of the 67th House District. Dr. Hill was recognized for her innovative program development at the national level by the Illinois Public Health Association. She received the Young Worker Award for developing grassroots community-based and Faith-Based community initiatives to work on violence prevention and health issues. She was also awarded the 2010 New Business of the year award by the Northern Illinois Minority Companies Association.

 

Dr. Sheila Hill is an entrepreneur, speaker, and transformational leader who serves as the Co-Founder and President & CEO of Think Big, a business accelerator focused on helping minority- and women-owned businesses start, sustain, and grow. She is also the Co-Founder of Women & Wealth, a movement dedicated to empowering women to lead confidently, build wealth, and create lasting impact in their families, businesses, and communities.

She hopes to help women worldwide to execute their passion and purpose!
